Oddly enough, at the trainings conducted by Victoria Zapotochna, I like everything.
Why do I love this training?
– for an excellent and easy presentation of information;
– for well-chosen speakers;
– for the opportunity to share the experience with colleagues. Not competitors, but colleagues who share their successful cases with other training participants.
Victoria’s trainings please me with: systematic presentation of material, focus of attention in practice, because this is very important; life hacks of a professional trainer, a favorable atmosphere for the exchange of experience between participants, a structural approach to organize the learning process.
I am grateful to Victoria for the opportunity to participate in such trainings, her generosity with which she shares her knowledge, the coaching approach in training, for an inspiring visual example of the implementation of all the declared principles and methods, for bringing lightness and positive emotions into training.

And, perhaps, who will ask, why does an HRM participate in such trainings? – I will answer like this: “Perhaps someone is not interested, but not me, since I believe that an HRM of any pharmaceutical company must know, understand and be aware about all the processes of the company with which employees work on a daily basis, their problems and possible solutions to critical situations.
